We meet with the family and/or client needing the service to assess the client’s needs. We then carefully match the appropriate experienced caregiver, prior to the time of service, to fully utilize the expertise of the Aide in this very personal situation. We then go to the home or facility on the first day to introduce the caregiver to the client and make sure that they understands what the client wants and needs. By taking these two steps we can make sure that expectations are met and that no stranger enters the client’s home. Too often caregivers are sent out to a client’s home with no introduction. We do everything possible to avoid this situation.

Frequent drop-in visits are part of our service. We can make sure our clients are satisfied and are being cared for as specified by the client or family.

Understanding a client’s needs and wishes, and selecting an appropriate Aide are critical for you and your loved one. Continual follow-up to assess your satisfaction and that your loved ones needs are being met reflects that we will treat a client just like we would a member of our own family.
